Privacy Policy

Effective June 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information PixelBowl.io may collect and how it is used. PixelBowl.io is an alpha football simulation game, so data practices may evolve as features are added.

Information You Provide

You may provide a coach name, roster data, career saves, team choices, multiplayer lobby information, and other gameplay settings. Some of this data may be stored locally in your browser, and some may be stored on the server when needed for online features.

Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google, PixelBowl.io may receive basic account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. This is used to let you sign in and connect game activity to your account.

Email Updates, Newsletter, and Ads

If you choose to opt in during sign-up or through an account/newsletter flow, PixelBowl.io may use your email address to send version updates, release notes, feature announcements, community updates, promotions, and occasional advertising or sponsored content.

Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe or opt-out method. We will honor opt-out requests and will not require you to pay a fee or provide unnecessary information to stop receiving marketing emails. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional or service-related messages, such as account, security, policy, or service notices.

Local Browser Storage

PixelBowl.io uses browser storage such as localStorage and IndexedDB for settings, rosters, saved game data, and career progress. This data is stored on your device unless a feature specifically sends it to the server.

Online Multiplayer

Multiplayer features may store match records, usernames, selected teams, play submissions, and game-state snapshots so matches can be created, joined, synchronized, and completed.

AI Chat

Career staff chat messages may be sent to an AI inference provider to generate responses. Do not enter sensitive personal information into AI chat prompts.

Logs and Diagnostics

Basic technical logs may be created to debug errors, prevent abuse, improve performance, and keep the service working. These logs may include request metadata such as timestamps, browser information, or network-related details.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to run the game, save progress, support multiplayer, maintain accounts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve PixelBowl.io.

Third-Party Services

PixelBowl.io may use third-party services including Google for sign-in, hosting/database providers for server features, Brevo for opted-in marketing email, and AI inference providers for staff chat responses. Those services may process information according to their own policies.

If Google advertising services are used, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to serve and measure ads. You can learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services .

Your Choices

You can play without Google sign-in where supported, clear browser storage to remove local saves/settings, and avoid entering personal information into rosters, usernames, or chat.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as PixelBowl.io changes. Continued use of the game after updates means you accept the revised policy.
